One of the best decisions we have ever made was to call Jon from Roof Guys for an assessment of damage to our roof from the early April wind storms. This is a company of the highest integrity and quality work. Jon handled everything from dealing with our insurance company, scheduling and seeing the job was completed on time as scheduled. We are beyond pleased with the professional, honest and hard working beyond belief process used for installing our new roof. The employees (5-6) showed up at 8 am and worked until dark. Jon is very personable and kept us informed every step of the way. I would hands down recommend this company!
Roof Guys did a great job replacing our roof in Lexington. They were quick to put a protective tarp over our roof damage after a bad storm. Then when our adjustor said the entire roof needed replacing, we let Roof Guys do the job. And we're glad we did! Jon and Caleb know roofs and guided us through the entire process, including working with our adjustor. And the new roof looks great! We would definitely use Roof Guys again.
Jon Crawford is the man! Last year we had significant storm damage as a result of the high winds. My buddy recommended him and said he was very trustworthy and did excellent work. To my surprise with previous bad experiences, Jon blew me away. He was able to get the ball rolling rather quickly. He came out tarped off my roof and in little time my claim was approved and I had a brand new quality roof. He’s efficient, professional, timely and very responsive. I would most definitely use him again and he and his team come highly recommended. As an added bonus he used a drone and sent an Ariel view of the work completed. Blown Away!!!!
